If True users are not able to add Data Objects to a report that do not have a join path with at least one other Data Object on the report. Set to False to disable this restriction.

This setting does not have an affect for ExpressView unless Feature/UI Settings > ExpressView Settings >  Fields Enabled in Data Fields Tree (ExpressViewDataFieldsDisplay Property) is set to Direct Joins Only.
